Shipping Service Update
Shipping is temporarily suspended for items destined to the following countries due to logistics impacts resulting from the conflict in the Middle East.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume services to these destinations once carrier operations and logistics routes are restored.

 

When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3-7 business days to process an order, then we
ship it. Delivery times depend on your location, but here is an estimate:
● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities all over the world.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs fee may apply on international orders. However, taxes are not
within our control and vary by country, so please check with your
local customs office directly to see if they charge any duties or taxes.
This store sells custom-made (POD) products fulfilled by third-party providers. 📦 Shipments may be subject to customs duties, local VAT, or import taxes, depending on the destination country. ➡️ Any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.

My order should have arrived, but it is late. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
● Check with your local post office;
● Ask your neighbours if the courier left the parcel with one of them.
If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the parcel at a post office or a neighbour, write to us at info@reboldthings.com with your order number. If you have found an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.

 

ORDERS

How are the products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on your shipping address, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link for your package when your order ships. If you have any
questions about this or shipping, please email us at info@reboldthings.com

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us
resolve the issue quickly, please email us at info@reboldthings.com within 7 days with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details that may be helpful to us. We will respond to you as quickly as possible to find a solution!

 

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order please let us know by contacting us at info@reboldthings.com

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us at info@reboldthings.com with photos.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
We do not offer this at this time. If you are unsure of the size, please check our
size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section.
It is rare that an item may have the wrong label. If this is the case, you can
let us know by writing to info@reboldthings.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item with the wrong label and we will either exchange it or issue a refund.
